The last three days have been a bit on the busy side… we’re out of stock of loads of stuff now, and have a huge pile of orders to work through. We’ve also been let down repeatedly by the distributor, and are still waiting for our books.  We’ve been promised they will be here sometime Monday morning, so we’ll be able to crack on with sending them out then. In the meantime, we’ve been working through all the orders which don’t include a book, so if your order is one of those, expect a shipping notification soon.

It’s going to take us longer than usual to get through all these orders, but we’ll go as fast as we can. Thanks for being patient with us, and if you want to cancel and get a refund, just let us know – there will definitely be someone else we can give your stuff to! :)

Thanks again for all your support; it’s great to see Burrows & Badgers growing so well. We’ll send out your books and minis as soon as we can.

Important Note - From the 1st of July 2021, EU customers ordering should do so in the expectation of VAT being levied at your local rate and collected by your local postal service, and almost certainly also a handling fee being added. We're also expecting postage in the EU to be significantly slower for the next couple of months, at least. On the plus side, we'll not be charging you UK VAT anymore. So, if you're in the EU, please don't order unless you are prepared to pay whatever fees your government applies, as we will not take responsibility for them! All models are supplied unpainted. They are not recommended for children. 
 
Models should be carefully cleaned of any mould lines with a modelling knife or needle files, and undercoated with a primer before painting.  Pewter models will contain lead. Resin models should be washed carefully in warm soapy water to remove any mould release residue before priming. Due to the nature of resin casting, there may be some small air bubbles which will need filling.
When filing or sanding models, take care to ensure any particles or dust are not inhaled; it is best to do this in a well ventilated area.
